Terms and Conditions
No booking will be confirmed until a meet and greet has taken place and both yourself and R-Paws are happy with everything.
An emergency number is provided in case of anything untoward happening to your dog, this must be for a person capable of making a sensible decision. If not then R-Paws will consult with the vet.
Bank holidays and weekends will occur additional fees which will be advised on booking.
Any walks are to be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours notice or you will be charged unless it is an emergency or I can fill the slot.
In the case of extreme weather, walks may be shorter at R-Paws discretion to ensure the comfort of your dog.
All deep chested dogs should be fed at least an hour before their walk because of the risk of bloat/gastric torsion.
Keys retained by R-Paws will be kept secure at all times. For security they will only be marked with the name of the dog.
Permits may need to be provided if you are in a residential area parking zone.
All payments to be paid in cash or via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
Any photos shared on R-Paws social media will not be shared any where else. You can change your mind about photos being shared at any time. Any photos used will not tag you in them or give the location of the walk.
R-Paws will not pass on your details to any third parties.
UPDATE DUE TO COVID
Both R-Paws and the client must inform one another if they or a member of their family have symptoms of Covid or have been tested positive.
I will be following the CSFG guidelines for this at all times.
